Plain terms for a tool that runs on your own device: no account, no fee, and no copy of your files on our side to argue about.
The service
KuConvert is a free image conversion tool provided by KUDUY. It converts images in your browser, up to 50 files per batch and 25 MB per file. No account is required.
Your content
You keep every right you have in the images you convert. Because your files never reach our servers, we acquire no rights in them, no licence to them and no copy of them. You are responsible for having the right to convert the images you use the tool on.
Acceptable use
Use the tool for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service for others, to redistribute it as your own product, or to use it as part of an automated system that degrades availability for other people.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. Image conversion depends on the codecs and the available memory in your browser, and results vary between browsers and devices. Keep your original files: KuConvert is a converter, not a backup service, and it cannot recover a file you no longer have.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KUDUY is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, KuConvert, including any loss of data. Since conversion happens entirely on your device, you remain in control of your files at every step.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continuing to use the tool after an update means accepting the current version.
